Sandy River Delta Park planting (Troutdale, OR)
November 2, 2019 @ 8:45 am - 1:00 pm
Let’s plant hundreds of native trees and shrubs together at this important site in the Columbia River Gorge! Sandy River Delta Park is a multi-use recreational site and also an important natural area at the gateway to the Columbia River Gorge — your planting support makes this community effort a success. This planting event is open to humans and dogs alike! Well behaved, four legged friends on leashes are welcome to attend.
Please arrive by 8:45am to sign-in and enjoy some breakfast treats and coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The planting starts at 9:00am. We provide gloves, tools, and planting guidance — all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather wearing sturdy shoes or boots, and be ready to have fun!
