NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Clean Water Retrofit Projects at Mt Hood Community College

MNP and Stark swale

The Sandy River Watershed Council (SRWC) invites qualified contractors to provide construction services based upon the attached specifications, to continue the implementation of the clean water retrofit endeavor on the Mt. Hood Community College campus.  The intent is to select one firm (or one team) to provide services.

Completed Proposals, will be received by email addressed to Sara Ennis, Interim Executive Director (sara@sandyriver.org) until Friday, May 22, 2020, at 5:00pm local time.

The work includes: sawcutting and removal of asphalt from parking stalls, excavation and removal of subgrade rock and soil, placing a flush mount concrete curb around new stormwater planter areas, etc.

The SRWC’s programs, services, employment opportunities, and volunteer positions and contracts are open to all persons without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, handicap, political affiliation, or other protected class.
